Sleep Drops: Release one push of the dropper, or nearly half a pipettes worth, of liquid under your tongue. Hold for 30 seconds until fully absorbed before swallowing. For optimum effect use every night before going to sleep.

Sleep Soundly Bath & Body Oil: Add 4 dashes into a running bath and sink into the soothing scent. Ease any residual muscle tension by massaging the oil into damp or dry skin after a shower or bath.
