Signing up for OTO rewards is easy. Simply create an account here by entering your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will receive an email to confirm you are in. If you are already an OTO customer or email subscriber, you are automatically part of OTO rewards. You can sign in here (link needed) and start earning points.
OTO rewards is a tiered program that means the more you spend, the more you save. You will receive points for every purchase you make on the OTO website, which can be redeemed for money off future purchases.
You can also earn points for referring friends, following us on Instagram and writing reviews. Plus enjoy bonus points on your birthday and every time you move up a tier. You can view the full list of benefits on our rewards page here.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. To ensure you collect points on your next order, create a rewards account here.
Redeeming your points is simple, once you have reached the minimum of 100 points, they will be reflected in your basket upon checkout. Please ensure you are logged into your account and that your order is over £59.
You can use your points on any order over £59, within 12 months of receiving them.
100 points = £10 off
The value of points is always the same, however, members in higher VIP tiers can collect points at a quicker rate. For example in Bronze tier, if you spend £100, you receive 100 points, however in Gold tier, if you spend £100, you receive 150 points.
Other than earning points for every purchase, you can earn points in many other ways. These include referring friends, leaving reviews and following OTO on Instagram. All member benefits and ways of earning points can be found on our rewards page here.
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months.
If you return an item, we will refund you the total after your discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
If you return an item, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account. If a purchase moves you up a tier and you return the products, you will be moved back down to the lower tier.
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling year. To reach Silver tier you must spend £200 over a year. To reach Gold tier, you must spend £400 over a year.
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks for the following year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
When you are signed into your rewards account, our rewards page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
Every time you move up a tier, you will also receive an email to let you know.
